U. S. AGAIN WARNS JAPAN WASHINGTON, D. C, June 16— Gravely concerned over Japans blockade of international areas at Tientsin and Amoy China the American government has warned Tokio against interference with rights of American nationals. Secretary of State Cordell Hull today said that Washington is keening in closest touch with developments at those two Far Eastern hot spots and that American diplomats at Tokio, Tientsin and Amoy have made representations to Japanese authorities to safeguard United States interests.
