ENGLAND FIGURES METHODS LONDON, England, June 16— Experts at the Board of Trade, pouring over world commercial figures, today sent frequent reports to the Foreign Office on possible economic measures Britain might take in reprisal against Japans blockade at Tientsin. These suggestions have been made, it was understood: A 5,000,000 loan to stabilize Chinese currency; application of discriminatory duties against Japanese goods; denunciation of the Anglo-Japanese trade treaty of 1911, and an embargo on importation of raw materials from Japan.
