MRS. GREENWOOD GRATEFUL OMAHA, Neb., June 16.— "To those who befriended me in my bereavement and the many who contributed to the sum donated to I assist me financially. I wish to thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart. There are no words which I can command to convey my thanks for the generous manner in which you all responded, and I am certain God will bless every one of you for your kindness. Mr. C. J. Gamble was especially kind in my sad hour, and even went so far as to go to the association and get the check for the amount of the collection and gave me 10.00 which remained after expenses for the funeral were paid, from the 91.50 which was donated. I regret that I cannot thank each and every one of you personally and I sincerely hope that none of you ever have the misfortune which I have encountered. "Sincerely yours, Mrs. Clarence , Greenwood." ■
