I LINCOLN FIELDS TURF NOTES I $ $ Acting for O. and L. Spitzer, Jack Bainton purchased Day-Go-Bye and Billie Day from William Day. Bainton will train the horses. The stables trained by William Wester-field, Tom Sanford, Dan Lehan, W. G. Sparks, Walter Wilkerson, Jr., and Odie Clel-land will be shipped to Latonia Sunday. One division of Clellands string left here for the Covington track. Sam Holman, who is without horses at this time, is a visitor. He came from Texas. Rush McCoy is sending King Carl to Arlington Park and upon his arrival there will receive Grit and Grace from the J. S. Wiggins farm in Kentucky. Cliff Sanford, clerk of scales here, will head for Latonia Saturday. He also will serve as clerk of scales at the Kentucky track.
