° of n v s P c * " v " COLLECT PARKWAY DIMES HARTFORD, Conn., June 21.— Collection ten-cent tolls on the Merritt Parkway, near the Connecticut-New York state line was begun today under supervision of the state highway department. Twenty-five department men, working in three shifts, will collect the dimes from motorists in an effort to provide the state treasury with 00,000 revenue needed to extend the parkway across the state.
