t ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES f S : When L. "Buddy" Ensor scored astride Balapin the other day he wore the same silks that he carried to many notable victories, those of the late R. . Wilson. Mrs. M. M. Morin, owner of Balapin, is the former Miss Wilson, daughter of the late president of the Saratoga Racing Association, and races in the silks made famous by her father. Jack Davis, who trains the Morin string, has been highly successful with the small string. i Apprentice jockey M. Packer was fined S50 for failure to keep his mount straight in the stretch during the running of the fourth race Friday by order of the stewards.
