HITS TREATY DENUNCIATION ROME, Italy, July 28. President Roosevelts denunciation of the treaty of amity with Japan was assailed today by Virginio Gayda, noted Italian editor, in the Giornale d Italia. "The action," Gayda said, "furnishes evidence of Mr. Roosevelts personal dictatorship and his alleged desire to plunge the United States fnto war with Japan, to counterbalance-Britains capitulation."
