LATONIA OFFICIALS PLANS LATONIA, Ky., July 28. The official personnel that functioned during the twenty-seven days of racing at Latonia, scattered in all directions following the completion of the season. Col. Matt J. Winn, president of Churchill Downs-Latonia, Inc., announced his plans for leaving for Chicago Sunday, where he will remain for some time, while stewards C. Bruce Head returns to his home in Louisville and W. H. Shelley, who also served as racing secretary, contemplates going to Florida for a rest following a short trip to Louisville. Placing judge Larry Bogen-schutz got away for Chicago to serve in a similar capacity at Washington Park and Harry Lindenberger and James T. Clark, associate judges, return to their Louisville homes.
