INSCOELDA IN TRAINING ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., July 23. The Woolford Farms Inscoelda, last years juvenile filly champion, arrived here fiom the farm and has been placed back in training. She had been turned out since spring. . Herbert M. Woolf, owner of the stable, was here today and said his horses would be sent to Maryland for the major season there and j next winter will be divided, one division in j charge of R. O. Higdon and the other in care of Howard Hoffman.
