BETTY GRABLE SEEKS DIVORCE SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 28. Film actress Betty Grable today confirmed reports she will file suit for divorce from Jackie Coogan. She said the action will be instituted in Los Angeles tomorrow or Monday. The lithesome blonde, concluding a personal appearance at the California Worlds Fair, said she previously denied the break-up with the former juvenile star "because it was confusing to be in San Francisco while the divorce is to be asked in Los Angeles." Grounds for the divorce, Miss Grable said, will be "mental cruelty."
