Roehm Lincoln Patrol Judge SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 5. — Peter J. ODonnell, general manager of the Lincoln Fields Racing Association, Inc., announced here before leaving for Louisville, Ky., to witness the Kentucky Derby, that Emil Roehm has been appointed to serve as a patrol judge the opening week of the Lincoln Fields-at-Washington Park session, which opens May 16.
