CAPE HATTERAS worked her way up steadily, came to the outside for the stretch run and finished well. OCEAN PLAY, a forward factor all the way, had no mishap. ROCKWOOD ARGO faltered when placed to pressure in the stretch run. THIRD SPIN had no mishap. WARY FLIGHT raced evenly. ROY JAY saved ground. DORADA had no excuse. GINO GOLD was outrun. V. P. I.
