► . : — ; Illinois Notes LINCOLN FIELDS AT WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 26. Trainer E. W. Kalensky purchased for his wifes interest the plater, Canteen Lad, from Mrs. A. M. Creech at private terms today. Jockie Aullie Carr packed his tack and departed for River Downs, where he will resume riding when that southern Ohio track gets under way with a 43 -day meeting on June 1. Sharon S., a* three-year-old filly owned by Walter Stenn, arrived here from Keene-land race track and was turned over to Harold C. Hoffman to condition. Trainer J. W- Smith reported sending Mrs: Ada L. Rices Inspirator to the farm, near Wheaton, 111., to be fired and turned out for the summer months. J. J. Greely, Jr., who has been attending to conditioning duties of the large string for Howard Wells while the latter was at Louisville, Ky., left today from Lexington, Ky., where he is manager of two breeding farms for Wells. Slicks Girl, My Esther and Winter Song, belonging to Xen McNair, came in from a farm near Crown Point, Ind., today and were added to the contingent Frank Nugent has under his charge. Tedious and Kehdor, owned in partnership by Freeman and• Edminston, were bedded down at this track after arriving from Louisville, Ky., today. Robert Freeman is training the pair. Milton Rieser added two horses to the list he is training here for various parties. Sky Music, owned by E. C. Gott, Jr., and Permanence, property of Wayne Kendrick, were the two he received from Lexington, Ky. Paul L. Kelley departed for his home in Miami, Fla., yesterday and will spend a few days there on business. • Meanwhile his brother, Earl, is training the large string Kelley has here.-
