Suspend Groom J. Wesley RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 26. — The Thistle Down stewards issued the following ruling this afternoon: "James Wesley, groom, is indefinitely suspended and it is recommended to the Ohio State Racing Commission that he be ruled off for conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing."
