Incapacity Allowance Rule FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 26. — In the action regarding apprentice jockeys, the Michigan State Racing Commission, adopted in principle the rule that, where apprentice riders are incapacitated by illness or injuries suffered in the line of duty, for a period of 60 days or more, they shall be allowed time out for the period of their apprenticeship, but the commission reserves the right to investigate and pass on each individual case.
