Delaware Recreation Program DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 11. — John J. OBrien and Francis "Jock" LaBelle, who supervise Delaware Parks backstretch recreation program, again will direct the extensive athletic activities for racing personnel during off-hours. The program includes baseball, basketball, boxing, tennis and other recreational pas times. The twice-weekly boxing shows and the softball games between the various stable teams, jockeys and department teams, are always highlights. LaBelle is a purple heart veteran of World War II., in addition to being a New York State licensed boxing referee. OBrien is physical education director at St. Peters Academy, Saratoga Springs, N. Y.
