Shipping Roughn Tumble From Keeneland to Arlington LEXINGTON, Ky., May 29. — Melvin "Sunshine" Calvert has arranged to ship Mrs. F. A. Genters Roughn Tumble from Keeneland to Arlington Park on Thursday The winner of the Santa Anita Derby has been rested at the Keeneland track since that engagement on February 24, and Calvert reports him in good shape. The son of Free For All — Roused has been galloping regularly and has been breezed slowly a few times. Calvert pointed ou that Roughn Tumble appears to thrive on work rather than rest and has not put on any weight during his absence from competition. It is expected that he will pick up weight when placed under more rigorous training. "He eats better when in training," said Calvert. "But he appears perfectly sound and is doing real well." The main objective of Roughn Tumble is the Arlington Classic but he may be seen under silks prior to that engagement. He will have 11 traveling companions under Calverts guidance, including the Genters Unbridled and three two-year-olds. Four juvenile fillies, - the property of Clifford Mooers, will be included in the shipment, as will two two-year-olds and one three-year-old, the property of Louis Pieri, .of Providence, R. I.
