Trainer Fined Twice FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., May 29. — The following rulings were issued by the stewards here today: Trainer Fred Lackey is fined 00.00 for appearing in the paddock for the ninth race Saturday night, May 26, in an unfit condition and using abusive language. "Trainer Fred Lackey is fined 5.00 for not appearing in the saliva box to witness the test-taking of the horse, Nickel, winner _ of the ninth race Saturday night, May 26."
