Leaves for Washington Park GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 29. — Trainer Paul L. Kelley has made arrangements to transfer his public stable of 13 head to Washington Park, near Chicago, on Thursday, where they will join a smaller unit which has been in training at that point. Jockey Logan Batcheller, who has been riding in excellent form during this meeting, will accompany the stable with agent Danny Broic. Kelley will follow his usual procedure of remaining in Chicago for the Washington and Arlington Park meetings, and then return to Jersey for the session at Atlantic City.
