Pur Sang Has Cuts on Leg DETROIT, Mich., May 31. — Springbrook Farms Pur Sang, a starter in the Fred M. Alger Memorial here yesterday, sustained several cuts on his hind fetlock "while filling the engagement in the holiday feature, according to word from his owner Reuben Kowall, master of Springbrook. Pur Sang, a good stakes winner during his two and three-year-old campaigns, will not be cut of action for any great length of time and trainer Johnny Zoeller is to point the four-year-old son of Side Boy for several stakes scheduled for decision in Illinois this season.
