Delaware Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 31. Mrs. L. L. Voigt, Jr.s, Scottish Air is being pointed for the 0,000 Polly Drum-mond Stakes, in -which she will be ridden by Mike Caffarella. Ella K. Brysons Wise Scholar, a two-time stakes winner, is regarded as a certain starter in the Polly Drummond a week from today. The Hialeah Juvenile and Bowie Kindergarten winner will be ridden by Nick Shuk.. Greentree Stables Northern Star, fol-lowinf his unsuccessful venture in the opening day Wilmington, was returned to Belmont Park. Heading the division of five thoroughbreds unloaded here by Tommy Rodrock was Mrs. Eben H. Ellison, Jr.s, Sun Bahrain, who accounted for the 1949 Leonard Richards after the disqualification of the Greentree entry of Capot and Wine. List. Among the local arrivals was trainer R. E.
