Trainer Files Suit Against Stable Owner for 5,000 FORT MIAMI. Maumee, Ohio. May 8 — Trainer Anthony Walt, who conditions the thoroughbreds of the Gordon Farm, has attached 14 horses on the grounds belonging to the Gordon Farms, of Windsor, Ontario. Walt claims that this outfit owes him 5,000 for services, rendered. In a suit filed in common pleas court Walt, also of Windsor, claims he was employed by Donald Duff, operator of the Gordon Farms, from June 1. 1955 to May 3, 1957. Walt, who has between 14 and 18 horses in his care here, said he advanced some of his own money also. In sueing for what he contends is a 5,000 balance. Walt filed an attachment against all Gordon Farms property in Lucas County, | where the horses are stabled.
