Latonia Post to ODonnell CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., , May 8.— Peter J. ODonnell, former newspaperman and manager of Ascot Park and 1 the Fair Grounds Speedway, today was appointed - general manager of the new Latonia - track of the Northern Kentucky Racing - Association at Florence, Kentucky. ODonnell will meet with the Kentucky y State Racing Commission Thursday to confirm - flat racing xlates at his new track, :, September 7 through October 5.
