Plans River Downs Campaign CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 8.— Herbert M. Woolf, Kansas City thoroughbred owner and breeder, whose Lawrin captured the 1938 Kentucky Derby, will be represented by a division of the Woolf ord Farm Stable at .the forthcoming River Downs meeting. Jack Wilson will train the Woolf -owned racers at the Cin-icinnati area meeting.
