GRATUITY found room along the inner rail to move into close contention in the stretch but could not keep up with the winner. ARADAC dropped back after entering the backstretch, then lacked the necessary response in the drive. TOWSON TOWM set the pace under strong restraint, suddenly started to tire after three-quarters and gave ground steadily in the final run. KILIMANJARO failed to enter contention.
