POINT CARVOLA FOR CLASSIC I Daughter of Carlaris to Be Reserved for Arlington Parks Big Three-Year-Old Special. Carvola, splendid daughter of Carlaris and, E. K. Brysons ace colorbearer and runner-up to Hollyrood in the Chicago Derby, is to be reserved for the Arlington Classic, according to G. R. Bryson, trainer of the three-year-old. In announcing plans for the rising young star Bryson said: "This is a much better filly than given credit for and with a little better luck during the early part of the race she would have won the Chicago Derby. As it was she was running jovcr Hollyrood at the finish. If she holds her form she should turn the tables on him in the Arlington race." Bryson will have one of the larger stables at Arlington Park. Hollyrood has returned to Detroit but with other of the H. P. Headley horses, with the exception of Sparta, will reach Arlington Park in time for next Mondays opening. Sparta is at Latonia to fill an engagement in the Latonia Oaks.
