PONTCHARTRAIN ELIGIBLES DETROIT, Mich., June 22. The Pontchar-train Handicap, ,000 added at a mile and a sixteenth which closed Saturday and will be run next Saturday, June 27, drew fifteen entries, practically all of which, except Roman Soldier, are on the grounds. In addition to Phil Routers star, which is still in New York, the race will have among its entries some of the leading handicap horses of the West, including Azucar, Whopper and Stand Pat, which are considered certain starters. The weights will be announced on Wednesday.
