POLLARDS SHOULDER BETTER SAN MATEO, Calif., April 14 The X-ray examination of Jockey Pollards shoulder, which was broken in eight places when he fell from Fair Knightess during the Santa Anita meeting, revealed that the inury is practically mended and that the redhead will be in condition to ride within the next week or ten days.
