DESIRES OIL LANDS CONTROL TULSA, Okla., May 19.— Socrates Broullon, official delegate of the Argentine government to the International Petroleum Exposition now in progress here, has gone on record as saying that Argentina, like Mexico, is desirous of controlling all the oil properties within its confines. He added, however, that his country wanted to obtain the British and American concessions "in a fair way."
