THIRTY-ONE BRING 0,350 Average ,269 at Belmont Park Auction Sale — Admiral Cary T. Graysons Horses Dispersed. NEW YORK, N. Y., May 19.— Thirty-one horses in training were sold at public auction at Belmont Park Thursday before the races for 0,350, an average of ,269. Of the total twenty were consigned by the estate of the late Admiral Cary T. Grayson and they brought 1,500, an average of I ,575. George D. Widener sold a half dozen head for 0,550 and four from Glen Riddle Farm totaled ,600. One from the Falaise Stable at 00 completed the vendue. The highest price was ,300, which Mrs. S. C. Register paid for both Marriage and Dun Pickin in the Grayson lot. Dun Pickin is a chestnut son of Dunlin and My Pick and Marriage is a chestnut son of Strolling Player and War Wedding. Both are two-year-olds. Two other juveniles among the Grayson offerings went for ,000 each, B. F. Lister obtaining Branch Water, a daughter of Teddy and Modification, and Thomas S.
