CONFERENCE WITH TRAINERS NEW YORK. N. Y., May 19— C. V. Whitney, vice-president of Belmont Park, and sponsor of the 00,000 special race here on May 30, visited the stables of War Admiral and Seabiscuit and conferred with trainers George Conway and Tom Smith this afternoon. Later in the day he conferred with Belmont Park officials regarding arrangements for additional facilities to handle the crowd on Decoration Day.
