j COMPLETE CONDITIONS | | FOR MATCH RACE j NEW YORK, N. Y., May 19.— C. V. Whit- j ney, vice-president of Belmont Park, which j is sponsoring the 00,000 Special between | War Admiral and Seabiscuit here on Decora-Hon Day, May 30, will review the conditions j of the race contained in the agreement with I owners Samuel D. Riddle and Charles S. ! Howard some time this week. I The agreement contains the following con- j ditions: 1— The purse to be 00,000. all to the winner. I 2 — The date of the race to be Monday, | I May 30, 1938, weather permitting. By 10 • a. m. of the morning of May 30, Mr. Riddle and Mr. Howard must give Westchester notice : that the track conditions are satisfac- ] 1 tory and that they will start their horses irrespective of what might happen after that time. 3 — If the race is postponed, it shall then be held on the first agreeable day thereafter, under the same conditions, but not later than June 3, 1938. •1 — Each horse is to carry 126 pounds. 5 — Distance to be one mile and a quarter. I — A suitable two-stall gate will be provided by Westchester Racing Association for the start. The stalling position to be the same as the Suburban Handicap. Both horses to start or no race. •
