SENTENCED TO SING SING NEW YORK, N. Y., May 3.— Charles Mitchell and Sol Schwartz, convicted of second degree assault in connection with the kidnaping of five-year-old Michael Katz and his ransoming for 80, were sentenced today to serve two and a half to five years each in Sing Sing by Kings County Judge ODwyer.
