HENRY M. BLACKMER WEDS PARIS, France, May 3.— Henry M. Black-mer, who left the United States in 1924 rather than testify before the Senate in the famous Teapot Dome oil scandals and has been living here ever since, has recently married Eide Norena, a Norwegian prima donna.
