STEFFEN ON VISCOUNTY LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 3.— With Carroll Bierman going to Maryland to ride Ciencia in the Pimlico Oaks, to be run Saturday, jockey Earl Steffen, who has patched up his differences with Valdina Farms, probably will be astride Viscounty in the Kentucky Derby. Viscounty was ridden by Bierman in his "Derby Trial victory, but after winning the Santa Anita Derby with Ciencia, Bierman was engaged to ride the filly in the Pimlico Oaks and Preakness Stakes. J
