JOHN MOORE DIES NEW YORK, N. Y., May 3— John Moore, veteran commissioner and clerk, died at Bellevue Hospital this morning, the result of a fall on Saturday evening. The examining doctors diagnosed the injury as a fractured skull. Moore was 71 years of age and was born in Pueblo, Colo. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
