REPELLER, away slowly at the start, made up ground through the final three-sixteenths. FAIR faltered through the final eighth. PAGAN KING raced well for three-eighths. YENOC could never threaten. SUFFERN raced forwardly, moved through on the inside in the stretch, but was unable to hold the winner. MONA BELL faltered through the final eighth. DONOSIRIS was sent forward on the inside to the lead, drew clear and set the pace to the stretch and faltered. PENABUD had brief speed. CHUCKLER raced evenly. CEASE FIRE could never threaten. DAGGERS DRAWN sprinted to the lead, was steadied along in the lead and closed gamely, under pressure. RIDGE bore over going to the first turn and raced evenly. GHOST QUEEN was taken up sharply going to the first turn, dropped back, then came again through the final quarter mile. UNFAILING raced wide at the first turn and was never prominent.
