B. and 0. LOSES ,000 SUIT The estate of Miss Anna Bargiel, 27, of 7948 Lafayette Avenue, was awarded a judgment of ,000 against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad by a jury in Circuit Judge Cum-mings court. Miss Bargiel and her fiance, Newell Ulvic, in whose automobile she was riding, were both killed when their car was struck by the B. and O. Limited at 87th and Damen Avenue on June 12, 1937.
