1 SUFFOLK DOWNS NOTES f E. W. Duffy wired from Belmont Park that he was shipping a dozen head to Suffolk Downs on Wednesday. Golden Fate rapped himself in working out Tuesday morning and had to be scratched from the sixth race. Phillip Schwartz has been assigned stalls for the following seven head: Naper Tandy, Higher Bracket, Rippler, San Marino, Golden Grimes and two two-year-olds. The horses arrived from winter quarters. Stalls are being prepared for the nine head of horses of H. W. Jackson, due to arrive here Thursday from New York. Ariel Toy is the star performer of the Jackson string. Jockey Ruperto Donoso left for New York. He plans to remain on the metropolitan circuit all season. Jockey George Seabo left for Delaware, where he will ride for J. L. Brann. Jockey Charles Dickey joined the Suffolk Downs riding colony. The apprentice allowances were waived .on Hallies Play in the third and on Exarch in the fifth Tuesday. Trainer William Gray registered Our Teddy. Maelong and Express for A. A. Crabbe and Crossover for W. H. Boswell. Trainer Guy C. Milton has registered Prince Splendor and Comes Home, the former in his own colors and the latter for Miss Charmandy. Jockey Bernard Fels accepted his first mount of the meeting on Polina in the first race Tuesday.
