BAGLEY CONSIDERING OFFERS DETROIT, Mich., May 23— Otto Bagley is considering several offers he has for the good apprentice Willie Prehm, nineleen-year-old Eagle Grove, Iowa, saddle artist. Prehm, who was astride the first winner of his career at Oaklawn Park and has ridden twenty winners since that time, is one of the lightest riders at the local track. According to Bagley, two of the offers made for the promising rider are so flattering he is on the verge of disposing of the papers he holds on the boy.
