OFFICIALS FOR QUEBEC CIRCUIT Jules Dugal to Serve as Racing Secretary for Tracks of the P Q. R. A. TORONTO, Canada, May 23.— T. P. Gorman, president of the Province of Quebec Racing Associations, announced from Montreal that the following officials will serve in that province for the meetings, the first of which opens at Kings Park Saturday, June Steward representing the Province of Quebec Racing Associations — Richard A. Leigh, Sr.; clerk of scales, L. R. Doyle; placing judges, W. J. Morrison, E. Ferguson and L. R. Doyle; starter, W. Richey; timer, H. Lavigne; secretary of the Province of Quebec Racing Associations, Jules Dugal; treasurer, F. X. Narribone. The "Daily Double" system, which has been adopted in Ontario in which tickets from the first winner are exchanged, will be used. The usual daily Quinella will be in vogue. The camera of the Associated Screen News will be used at all tracks. Horsemen shipping ±o the Quebec tracks are requested to bill their cars to St Laurant, Quebec, the nearest unloading point to Kings Park and Blue Bonnets.
