I I CLEVELAND ARRIVALS STEADY CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 23.— Jockeys who will be seen sporting the silks during the North Randall meeting, began arriving in droves and there is a certainty that there will not be a dearth of riding material when the curtain is raised on Saturday. Some of the reinsmen who put in their appearance are Bob Finnerty, Earl Thomas, Jack Hooker, Earl Pool, Jack Richard, Bobby Conley, Eddie Elam, Earl Henson and a flock of others.
