LATEST TRACK APPLIANCES CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 23.— Two of the mechanical features that have proved quite popular with racegoers at many of the major tracks of the country will be in use during the North Randall meeting, it was announced by Charles Y. McVey, president of the Cleveland Jockey Club. Installation of the Bell-Howell camera, which will be operated by J. D. Cook, and an electric approximate odds board being constructed by the National Totalisator Company, has been started. Complete installation for tests are promised for Thursday.
