M1LLPLAY was well up on the outside of the leaders from the start, responded when placed under pressure in the final quarter mile and was drawing away at the end. FORTISSIMO was placed under pressure in the early running, saved ground throughout and held on gamely to the end. WESTING, a forward factor all the way between the leaders, faltered at the finish. BABY BOOTIES, on the outside from the start, lost ground. SIMKOE was bothered at the start, but then made up some ground. MILLTEA raced well all the way. The latter was under steady restraint the first turn of the field, moved up fast on the outside when urged through the final half mile and closed gamely. ATOPHAN, a forward factor all the way, came again at the finish. FLYING TEATHERS was weakly handled throughout. WAR PORT showed early speed, but tired badly in the final quarter mile. DEINS raced in near pursuit of the pace from the start, disposed of CHASTE rounding the stretch turn, drew away, but responded when urged and held PHARA FROST safe to the end. The latter was taken up at the start, improved her position steadily, but hung in the final strides. CROOKED LANE showed speed and was a forward factor from the start. NOBLE SCOT showed a good effort. HOOPS broke in a tangle. SlNCRAX broke from outside the stalls, moved up fast and then tired. EASTER HOLIDAY had no mishaps. CREDENCE was close up the first part. POLLY PORTER was eased back after the start and then made up ground fast through the final quarter mile. AMNESTY raced well all the way. FLORADORA GIRL showed an even effort. STEEP, on the outside rounding the turn, tailed to make up eround. COQUELICOT had a flash of early speed. PAY LODE raced greenly. SOUTHERN GAL was outrun. The latter broke in a tangle from outside the stalls, improved his position steadily and finished fastest of all. HOSTILITY, a trailer to the stretch turn, closed with a belated rush. CHALMAC was well up all the way and then faltered at the finish. HOLBEIN showed a good effort in the early stages, only to tire in the final eighth. CHIEF GAMBLE had no excuses in the running. NITRO dwelt at the start, was sent up fast between the leaders and shuffled back going to the far turn. DEVILS PEAK was never a serious factor in the running. SIXTH RACE 6 1-2 FURLONGS. SILENT JIM followed the early pace under steady restraint, moved up stoutly in the stretch, responded to severe pressure and outlasted OVERSIGHT in the final drive. The latter was under steady restraint early, made a determined bid when straightened out for the stretch run and was wearing down the winner at the end. SCANDALOUS was sent into command at the start, then showed speed while saving ground, but faltered in the final seventy yards. JINX BUSTER finished fast from a slow beginning. CALENDQUEST moved up fast rounding the far turn, but flattened out in the stretch. BONNIE DOROTHY was close up in the earlv stages and quit badly in the final eighth.
