LABOR PLANS BIG PARADE : NEW YORK, N. Y., June 20.-A mammoth fifteen-hour parade of A. F. of L. workers, planned for August 12, will be labors report to its "reactionary enemies," declared Thomas J. Lyons, president of the Central Trades and Labor Council today. He said: "When the legislature recently enacted a vicious anti-labor bill, vetoed by Governor Lehman, which would take from teamsters the right to strike, it was decided to make this demonstration a real show of strength.*
