1 . ! | SIMMS DECISIONS SCOTT Eddie Simms, heavyweight from Cleveland, was given a decision over "Buddy" Scott of Dallas, Texas, in a slow-moving ten-round bout at the Marigold Gardens Monday night. Referee Davey Miller called the bout a draw, while the two judges, James Lynch and Ed Klein, voted in favor of Simms. Tony Motisi, CYO welterweight, defeated George Kontop-olis in the five-round semi-final bout.
