SIDOUT, well handled and never a great distance back, slipped through on the inside turning into the stretch and, slightly urged when straightened out, disposed of BELLE SETH and held MISS VEP safe at the end. The latter, racing forwardly from the start and on the outside for the better footing, held on gamely in the final drive. EASY STREET lacked early speed, responded to strong pressure in the stretch, but was not good enough. SUN HALLIE raced on the outside for the entire trip. ALMA NUGGET finished gamely. BELLE SETH, hustled from the start, faltered in the stretch drive. DISRUPT was slow to settle in stride. CODY ANN had a burst of early speed. MONEYLESS, awav slowlv, lacked speed. The latter, never a great distance back and on the outside for the final staires. continued strongly through the stretch run. but hung in the final stages. EREBUS moved to the leaders with a rush, was steered out for the final drive and held on gamely at the end. HELMOR, hustled from the start, relinquished the lead under pressure and had nothing left lor the final stages. FI.UTTERBY was outrun. ROCK HIGH, much the best, was away slowly and, lucky to secure racing room rounding the far turn, slipped through on the inside turning into the stretch and, under energetic handling in the final eighth, out-gamed DODGE ME in the final strides. The latter had good speed from the start, shook off FLUSH turning into the stretch and continued gamely when challenged, hut was not good enough. FLUSH had no mishaps. FRANCES LOU could not reach the leaders in the final stages under pressure. TROOPERETTE raced on the outside the entire trip. LITTLE BUBBLES quit. The others were outrun. SERENATA MAID, under occasional urging in setting the pace was under strong pressure in the final drive and held on gamely. MISS ADELE. on the outside for the entire trip, took a slight lead approaching the final eighth, but tired in the final seventv yards. WEST SEA under restraint in the earlv stages and on the inside in the final quarter, was unable to improve position in the closing strides. OPEN HEARTH and MARGO G. had no mishaps.
