VATICAN HEARS POLISH REPORT ROME, Italy, June 20.— Papal secretary of state Cardinal Maglione today received Manager Cortesia, papal nuncio to Poland and heard a report on the situation in Danzig. It was understood at the same time in German circles that the Vatican had informed Poland that alleged violation of the rights of the German church in Poland constituted a violation of the 1926 concordat.
