DETROIT TURF NOTES | After serving a five-day suspension, meted out to him by the starter, apprentice M. N. Gonzalez returned to colors Friday. Steward Jack Young announced that the ten-day suspension given apprentice Arnold Sorsen for rough riding last Saturday has been reduced to five days, and the lad will return to competition Saturday. Sorsen rode Sweeping Bow, which was disqualified out of first money.
