CONSIDERING TWILIGHT SPORT Ben Lindheimer, Washington Park Head, Very Much in Favor of Idea at Present Time. CRETE, 111., June 24.— If Chicago is to have twilight racing this summer, it probably will be at Washington Park, it was i divulged here today by Ben A. Lindheimer, I guiding spirit in the Homewood course. Lindheimer said he would make a study of twilight racing in other sectors and if it is found feasible at Washington Park and the public demand seems to justify it, such programs will be introduced at Chicagos south side track during its meeting, beginning July 31. Lindheimer said he was very much in favor of twilight racing at this time and that he would follow very closely the success of the Latonia meeting, which is to present • similar programs on week days throughout | its season, which gets under way next Thursday. He said, too, that the outlook for racing in Chicago this summer is not too encouraging and expressed the belief that twilight sport might help the tracks materially, especially Washington Park, which is easily I accessible from downtown Chicago. Mr. Lindheimer, his family, and a number of friends were visitors at Lincoln Fields I this afternoon,
